**Job description**
- Pride yourself on your strong communication and interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone.
- Be highly organized and forward thinking.
- Have excellent IT skills (appointment booking systems experience desirable but not essential)
- Leadership skills - able to demonstrate examples of managing a team.
- Be passionate about working to a high standard and leading a team to do the same.
- Can demonstrate experience working and driving customer service.
- Motivated and driven to achieve above KPI/target expectations.
- You will need to be confident working with rotas for your reception team.
- You will be a key holder so will need to be happy performing key holder duties.
- Flexibility around working hours, the role is predominantly Monday to Friday but some Saturdays may be required.
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.09 per hour
