Your new role
Working for a leading law firm you will be part of a busy Legal Billings Team.
Ideally successful applicants will have an excellent eye for detail, excellent numerical skills and previous business administration skills. Duties of the role will include;
- Production of client billing
- Adhering all compliance and business processing as per SLA's for clients
- Data entry and data processing, checking client billing amounts ( excellent eye for details and numerical skills required)
- Generation for credit notes against client accounts
- Business admin support for EBilling team
- management of internal business Excel spreadsheets for reporting
What you'll need to succeed
Successful applicants will need ;
- An excellent eye for detail
- A passion for accuracy
- Experience in legal billing or financial services would be desirable but not essential
- Recent and relevant business administration skills
- A good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel in particular
