My Client works in the Mechanical and Electrical sector carrying out complete M&E project management, including but not
limited to design, engineering, installation, coordination of services, detailed programming, quantity surveying and ongoing maintenance.

My Client is currently looking for an **experienced Commercial Engineer** with **specialist knowledge of**
**boilers/combustion and Gas Safe compliance** to join our existing team. You will be required to be a motivated engineer with a proactive approach and practical knowledge of general building services to provide service and repair works to ourclient portfolio.

This is a mobile role and requires the applicant to travel to various sites around **London**and the**South East** of England.

This role would suit an individual that can work using their own initiative and have a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required, a conscientious and reliable team player and someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Boiler/combustion servicing, fault identification and repair works across a variety of sectors including MET Police,
MOD and NHS.
- Attendance to callouts during working hours and in addition, be part of the out-of-hours emergency call out rota.
- Punctual and well presented.
reporting for works carried out, further work required and gas compliance certification.
- Required to be in regular communications with the facilities management helpdesk and Contracts Manager on
the relevant job progressions.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- A minimum of COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, CCN1, CENWAT
- Knowledge of a variety of Commercial/Domestic appliances and maintenance.
- Extensive experience in **commercial** fault finding and rectification.
- Good all-round knowledge of heating systems, fixed electrical systems & controls/BMS.
- DBS Preferred.
- CSCS Preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
