Duties will include:

- To ensure a highly motivated and knowledgeable workforce and lead by example ate all times
- To organise and ensure all team members are carrying out their duties correctly and are following company procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar and venue area
- Cashing up
- To deliver and promote excellent customer service
- To have product knowledge and to be proactive in making stock and sales recommendations
- **To assist in the smooth running of the bar operation with and emphasis on customer service and promoting sales through strong leadership and solid teamwork.**_
