The Downs Malvern has recently become part of the Malvern College Charity, it is a busy, vibrant and successful co-educational preparatory school for boarding and day children aged between 3 and 13 years. We have a welcoming staff community and excellent facilities on our 55 acre site. We have our own salary scale and are situated near to Great Malvern on the western slopes of the Malvern Hills.

We are looking to appoint two Temporary Graduate Assistants, who will be responsible for leading and assisting with the supervision of pupils from Year 3 through to Year 8. This is a chance to be part of a high calibre team in a culture that emphasises the development of people. This is a temporary, 1 year appointment.

An ability to coach two or more of our performance sports (rugby, hockey, football, netball and cricket) would be an advantage but not essential as expertise in all areas will be considered. Accommodation is available onsite for a single person/couple.

This post involves significant contact with children and the post holder will be responsible for children. The post holder will be considered to be in regulated activity.
- **This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are ‘spent’ unless they are ‘protected’ under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.**_
