**Position**: Warehouse Operative

**Location**: Barking, London

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour (Temporary), £23,000 per annum (Permanent)

**Contract**: Temporary to Permanent Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Efficiently handle and manage incoming and outgoing stock.

Accurately pick, pack, and label items for dispatch.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Operate machinery and equipment safely.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus but not essential.

Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.

Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.

Reliability and punctuality are crucial to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
