Due to vast expansion, we are recruiting for an experienced & open-minded Senior Product Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic and cutting-edge team. We are a young technology-led e-commerce company, focused on helping online sellers grow their business.With significant funding and with plans to continue to grow at a rapid pace across the UK and Europe
**Core focus;**:
- Gathering requirements either through working directly with the customer or through domain knowledge and experience translating these into Epics, Features & User stories
- Work in collaboration with the team to refine and estimate user stories and create and maintain personas, user acceptance criteria & other Scrum artefacts (Sprint Goals, Product Vision)
- Help ensure all user stories have enough acceptance criteria defined to enable development and from which test cases can be derived
- Be/become an expert in your product, & its domain with the ability to advise & mould client requirements to maintain product integrity whilst catering for client specific work
- Drive & improve system UX/UI minimum standards
- Work with the Head of Product/Agile to identify areas where collaboration, re-prioritisation & changes to design will improve the delivery of the product suite.
**Experience & Skills we're looking for as a Senior Product Manager**:
- Circa of 5 years Senior Product Manager experience
- Experience of mentoring junior staff
- In depth knowledge of scrum and agile software development
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Degree or equivalent in a business or IT related discipline or equivalent professional
- experience in a software development environment
