Station Road Dental Practice.
We are looking for a **experienced Dental Receptionist **to join our fantastic team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career, with the potential to learn new skills and with hope to develop into a long and successful career within our company.
- Immediate start.
- Full time.
- 2 x Saturdays a month with a day off in the week.
- Up to £11.50 an hour plus bonuses depending on experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills & be able to work well under pressure.
- Ideally have NHS dental experience who is SOE or R4 trained.
- Must have attention to detail with administration duties and an Excellent work ethic.
**Patient Coordinator role and responsibilities**
- Follow the company’s new patient journey, ensuring a consistent experience for all new patients and leads.
- Handle all leads according to the designated pathway, ensuring all information is captured and recorded as required.
- Conduct Telephone Consultations/Callbacks with new patients with the aim of building rapport and securing attendance for a Dental Consultation, and completing all necessary reporting.
- Assist patients on their journey through the consultation process and ensure all enquiries are handled accurately and quickly.
- Completing all trackers and paperwork as required from Telephone Consultations and from Dental Consultations, and ensuring designated follow up process is adhered too.
- Follow up individual patient lists with the aim of converting patients and generating revenue.
- Reporting to line managers and senior management in regard to performance against listed KPIs and targets.
- Handle payments to the practice by card, finance and BACS transfer.
- Keep records of financial transactions for patient treatment plans.
- Work with the management team keeping up to date with new patient pathways and implementing updated patient journeys.
- Make future appointments as required, including follow up calls reviewing treatment plans.

- Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Confident in conversation to build relationships and overcome objections
- Ability to perform in a service-focused environment
- Personable, highly motivated, friendly, flexible, reliable and organised
- Fully computer literate and competent using CRM software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
