Personal Assistant

Hoop are delighted to be working with a Cardiff based company dedicated to helping change people’s lives for the better through medical research and support. We’re looking for a Clerical Assistant to support on a full-time, temporary basis for 3 months.This is an ideal opportunity to build on administrative experience and get involved in a company dedicated to supporting the NHS.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the below:

- Minute taking
- Providing personal assistant support to senior leadership
- Supporting in production, formatting & distribution of marketing materials
- Using stock control systems to monitor and office consumables & equipment
- Maintaining client/participant confidentiality at all times
- Assist with formatting and distribution of training materials and other communications and documentation as appropriate
- Good standard of education with GCSE level passes in Maths & English
- Experience in administration including minute taking
- Flexible & adaptable
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
