**FTTP Civils Supervisor / Permit**
Location - NorthWest Areas

As the Civils Supervisor, you will oversee and assist the cable and splicing teams in installing fibre networks. You will provide support to management and ensure that the work meets both customer and Fibreray standards.

**Main Responsibilities Include**
- You will be responsible for managing all splicing activities for the client's network, including cable splicing, joint management, testing of cabinets and trunk routes, and generating in-spec test results.
- You will collaborate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and local authorities while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner, even when dealing with members of the public.
- Ongoing management of onsite fibre / splicing teams.
- Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Procedures
- Civils permitting.
- Working to tight SLA’s
- Deal with day-to-day issues and problem-solving.
- Data collection, including scheme drawings of layout, sections and construction details, as-build.
- You will be responsible for the site setup and ongoing maintenance, with a focus on ensuring NRSWA compliance..
- Completing site surveys including risk assessments of new sites.
- Carrying out reports, auditing and on-site supervision / coaching.

**Experience & Key Skills**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Telecoms FTTP industry.
- Experience within a supervisor role or looking to progress.
- Good amount of knowledge regarding Fibre Networks including PIA.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read site drawings.
- Full UK Driving License

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
