**Job title**:Commercial Coordinator

**Job Purpose Statement**:
Member of the Commercial and Project Team, supporting Northern Europe and CIS.

Commercial and Project Assistant will be involved with general administrative / office management tasks, quotations, contract review, order entry, execution with financial management including intercompany coordination.

**Job description**:
**Main Accountabilities**:

- Complete a broad variety of tasks, including assisting with quotation and order requirements.
- Assists in co-ordinating and distribution of business information, including pre-qualifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies. Prioritise and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect organization policy.
- Assist in the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies necessary for operation of organisation from requirement setting, purchase requisition to PO.
- Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally.
- Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as organisation grows.
- Provide event management support as requested.
- Other administrative duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organisation.

- Possesses relevant computer skills (Microsoft office essential, SAP preferable)
- Ability to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team or on their own.
- Able to maintain good relationships while driving colleagues to meet key deliverables in a timely manner
- Self-starter who is motivated and displays a good level of autonomy.
- A pro-active individual who exercises considerable initiative, creativity and contribution.
- Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Excellent judgment is essential.
