**Franchise Business Manager - Quick Service Restaurant**

**Role can be remote with a visit to the Bristol office monthly.**

Our client has a chain of franchised QSRs based currently across the South of the UK and due to business development are looking to bring in an experience Manager who has proven experience of overseeing a chain of restaurant or QSR outlets.

The company has exciting plans of growth and they are looking to increase market share by bring on new franchisees. These will range from restaurants in shopping centres and outlets, garage/service stations and on the high street. This is currently in theSouth of the UK but also looking to increase the locations and also plans in place for overseas too.

The Franchise Business Manager will report in to the Board and will be the link between the network of stores and Head office. You will ensure the contracts are completed and compliant to the business and ensure the franchisee understands all of the Termsand answer any queries in the set up process of a new partner.

This will then move in to the new site set up and ensuring everything is ready and coordinating with the Operations and Training manager to ensure the the team is orientated in to the company's brand ethos.

As the new stores open and trade, you will then offer support and conduct audits and if the store is not performing, will step in to assist and get the partner back on track.

If you can bring new ideas to the business this would be welcomed. The company evolves with new ideas

Due to visiting locations, you must be a driver with a car. All expenses and overnight stays are covered.

Locations to suit the network of stores would be Wiltshire / Oxforshire / Berkshire but could be placed along the M4 corridor
