AI is an epoch-defining technology. We want people to join us who can help our customers reap its enormous benefits safely.

**About the Role**:
As the Fellowship Team Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our Fellowship programme and supporting the Fellowship team. Your exceptional organisational and people skills will help maintain the high standards of our programme. If you thrive on attention to detail, enjoy seeing projects come to fruition, and excel in a dynamic team environment, this role is perfect for you. You should be a proactive problem solver who finishes what you start, communicates clearly, and has experience with operational processes. You'll build reports, create slide decks, and use business SaaS products with confidence. By coordinating talent acquisition, programme logistics and marketing support, you'll ensure a positive experience for all programme participants.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Support the Fellowship team with scheduling, event coordination, and maintaining a positive experience for our Fellows.
- Update marketing materials, content, our CRM (HubSpot), and track campaign metrics.
- Assist the Fellowship team with organising internal and external meetings, room bookings, slide preparation, travel arrangements, and minute taking.
- Manage team processes, including team meetings, delivery metrics, feedback, budget tracking, and team social events.
- Execute actions aligned with team priorities under leadership direction.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Outstanding organisation and great people skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to see projects through to completion.
- Proactive in developing simple solutions to operational challenges.
- Clear communicator with experience in developing and maintaining operational processes.
- Proficiency in building Excel reports and creating slide decks.
- Confident with business SaaS products, including CRM and ATS, or the ability to quickly learn.

**What we can offer you**:
The Faculty team is diverse and distinctive, and we all come from different personal, professional and organisational backgrounds. We all have one thing in common: we are driven by a deep intellectual curiosity that powers us forward each day. This curiosity pushes us to seek truth and understanding in everything we do, to execute work in a nimble and pragmatic manner, to foster talent in one another and always to challenge assumptions.

You’ll have the opportunity to make your mark in a high-growth start-up now poised to expand internationally.
