If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Helpline Advisor team

**About The Role**
The RNIB is the UK's leading sight loss charity, where we help blind and partially sighted people thrive. Our Helpline service provides information to those affected by sight loss and others on a range of services, products and reading materials, including our digital Talking Books service; a free service that provides blind and partially sighted people with access to over 23,000 titles. Full training on our products and services will be provided.

Using your excellent communication skills, you’ll make a positive impact and a genuine difference. Your day to day activities will include handling inbound calls, supporting customers with buying products, assisting with Talking Books, signposting to appropriate services and ensuring customer satisfaction - including complaint handling.

During your training, you'll work 4 days per week in Peterborough. Once your training is complete, you'll work 2 days a week in Peterborough and 3 at home.

Whilst this role will be mainly office hours between Monday-Friday, around 1 in every 7 weeks, you will work a mixture of 08:00-16:00, 11:00-19:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:00 shifts.
