We are working with a collaborative company to recruit a Quality Assurance Document Controller, and the role comes with a salary of £35,000 and excellent benefits.

In this Quality Assurance Document Controller position, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. You will also control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of electronic and hard-copy documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments.

During your first few weeks in this Document Control role, you can expect to:

- Update the existing document control systems and procedures
- Manage and maintain all associated documentation, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Process documents for revision and approval
- Assist in the development of process documentation and supervise data processing and programs
- Deliver training to process owners on the correct document structure and control tool usage
- Able to prioritise tasks, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving
- Well-developed skills in accuracy, organisation, and planning
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding and experience of ISO 9001:2015 and internal auditing
