A vibrant long-standing cocktail bar in the heart of the Crawley nightlife (close to Gatwick Airport). Direct trains to Brighton and London. Very busy cocktail bar, free-pouring servers, Big Mediterranean nightlife atmosphere. International cocktails, Large outside lounge area.

**Job description**

Responsibilities:

- Prepare Alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders & serve
- Assess customer’s needs, preferences & make recommendations
- Present Bar Menu
- Restock & Replenish Bar inventory & supplies
- Stay guest focussed & nurture an excellent customer experience

Requirements:

- Proven working experience as a High End Free Pouring Bartender (In-house weekly pour tests & constant training)
- Excellent knowledge of in-mixing, garnishing & serving drinks
- Positive Attitude, a desire to serve & learn.
- Excellent communication skills
- Smart & presentable
- Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked & cleaned
- Right to work in the UK

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
