Car Salesperson

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their car preferences and budget constraints.
- Provide detailed information on various car models, features, and specifications.
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers to showcase the performance and features of different vehicles.
- Assist customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Utilise phone etiquette skills to follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's driving experience.
- Use sales management software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for catering to a wider customer base.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving customers who speak different languages.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple customer inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Ability to upsell products or services while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Pay: £17,346.63-£60,222.06 per year
