**£12.00 to £13.14 per hour. Salary from £12,480 (Based on 20 hours) plus 45p mileage rate**

**Louise is a Part Time Community Care Assistant for Clifton Homecare. She regularly tells people she loves her job. She joined having decided to return to work after her second child and comes to work each day looking forward to the day ahead. Clifton Homecare are looking for care workers like Louise who are just as passionate.**

Louise usually works 16-20 hours a week and likes the fact that she can work shift patterns to fit around her family life. She loves the flexibility of her role and the fact that she makes a difference to support others is an added bonus. One of the clients Louise supports on a regular basis is William, offering him companionship and stability throughout the week. William looks forward to Louise's visits where she helps him with some personal care, domestic chores and sometimes takes him out shopping. William describes Louise as:
