Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a Finance Administrator on behalf of a fast-growing Automotive business, based in Rawdon. This is a temporary role and the length can be based on you - 3 months, 6 months or 12 months with the potential to go permanent.
Duties will include, however not be limited to;
- Utilise the integrated accounts system.
- Liaise with our panel of funders to establish, maintain and renew credit lines.
- Ensure effective communications with funders to promptly answer queries.
- Work with the purchasing team to ensure we have funding available for orders to be placed.
- Enter data into our system to accurately reflect the finance agreements in place.
- Communicate with customers to obtain necessary financial information.
- Distribute contracts and contract change requests to customers in a timely manner.
- Terminate contracts within the system, recording the mileage and any extra charges accurately..
- Ensure our records are kept fully up to date. Electronically filing contracts, invoices and other documents.
- Support the wider finance function in the event of team absences.
- Have Administration experience working within an Accounts department
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
Salary is ranging £23,000-£24,000 depending on your level of experience
Monday to Friday 9-5pm
