We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Digital Print Operator.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to operate digital printing equipment and contribute to the production of high-quality printed materials.

As a Trainee Digital Print Operator, you will be responsible for learning and assisting with the operation of digital printing equipment to produce various printed materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral. You will work closely with experienced operators to gain hands-on experience and develop a solid understanding of digital printing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist experienced operators in setting up and operating digital printing equipment.

2. Learn to interpret job orders and specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality production.

3. Monitor print jobs to ensure proper colour calibration, registration, and overall print quality.

4. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

5. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

This may include on-the-job training, formal classroom instruction, and mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.

Upon successful completion of the training program and demonstration of proficiency in operating digital printing equipment, the trainee will have the opportunity to advance to a full-fledged Digital Print Operator role with increased responsibilities and opportunities for further career development within the company. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the printing industry and eager to embark on a rewarding career as a digital print professional.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
