As an **Apprentice Scaffolder, **you will undergo comprehensive training and hands-on experience to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in scaffolding. Under the guidance of experienced scaffolders, you will contribute to the construction and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for our teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding structures according to project requirements.
- Carry out basic calculations and measurements to ensure accurate placement and stability of scaffolds.
- Collaborate with experienced scaffolders to understand project specifications and timelines.
- Handle and maintain scaffolding equipment and tools, reporting any issues promptly.
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors to ensure work is completed to high standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in scaffolding techniques.
- Uphold a strong commitment to safety, both for yourself and your team members.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A good level of Maths as you will do a lot of measurements and will be required to have A-C in GSCE or L2 Functional Skills when completing the Scaffolding Part 1 and 2.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic understanding of construction principles is an advantage.

**Training and Development**:
We are committed to investing in your professional development. The Apprentice Scaffolder role includes a structured training program designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the scaffolding industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person
