LCON122 Role Description Text The conservatoire is looking for a dynamic lecturer to lead our Level 6 Specialist Group Study Enterprise module. You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of a weekly lecture and the organisation of the module team.

This final specialist study module is designed to allow students to bring a range of core skills together to develop their own enterprise. Students will be expected to devise and present an imaginative and viable project brief, and whilst completing their project, will demonstrate significant management of resources and time, the ability to work individually and to reflect critically. In addition to a business plan students will consider risk assessments and mitigation analysis, financial analysis, case studies that inform their decisions, and a strategic marketing plan.

Knowledge of the music industry and a broad set of stylistic interests will be a real advantage.

This role includes module coordination which involves consistent communication with management and other tutors as this module is team taught. Applicants should be mindful of the diversity of the cohort in terms of musical specialism and experience.
