Summary:

- The main responsibilities of the role will be to ensure effective communication of incoming calls and to complete all reception administrative tasks
- To act as a contact point for carers, clients and external parties in relation to the care provided
- To represent Care Connect UK at all times during contact with clients, family members and external professionals
- To represent Care Connect UK positively on all types of social media platforms

Main Responsibilities:

- Maintaining/creating/personnel files for staff & clients
- Making ID badges
- Welcome visitors at the front door in a polite & appropriate manner
- Ensure all visitors upon arrival sign the visitors book & are shown into Care Connects welcome room
- Answer incoming calls & document conversations
- Forward calls to colleagues or record messages
- Maintain office stationery supplies
- Photocopy & scan documents
- Filing & archiving
- Check & respond to all social media
- Contribute to general office housekeeping

All training will be undertaken in the workplace, with 20% of time spent on assignments & projects - supported by a dedicated Trainer. You will study for the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

**Salary**: £5.28 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
