**CARBASE MULTILINGUAL CONTACT CENTRE AGENT WANTED**:
**_ Salary:_** _£20,000 - with uncapped OTE of c.£25,000_

**_ Contract:_** _Full-time and Permanent._

**Hours**: _40.5 hours a week, 5 days per week
- working 4 weekdays and either a Saturday or Sunday._

**Carbase **is a family-owned business that over the last 20 years has grown into the largest independent pre-owned dealership in the South West.

Our philosophy is to treat others as we would like to be treated, and as we serve a diverse range of customers with different language requirements, we’re now seeking and experienced customer service agent who is fluent in, Hindi and Arabic, so that we can treat everyone with the same level of care that we’re known for.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You’ll be the first point of contact for our customer enquiries
- Taking inbound calls and using exceptional service to start our customers journey with us
- With specific responsibility for all Hindi, and Arabic speaking customers, being passed calls from the wider team when required.
- Finding solutions to problems and making the process as easy and hassle free as possible
- Matching our customer’s excitement as they start one of the biggest purchases of their life
- Earning commission for successful test drive bookings and vehicle reservations, you can earn more for doing more.

**What you’ll need**:

- Fluent level of English, Hindi and Arabic - _Essential_
- Fluent in Urdu - _Desirable_
- Fluent in Bengali - _Desirable_
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A Level 3 Qualification: A Level or equivalent - _Essential_
- A Passion for success
