Electrical Supervisor

Buston and Maughan are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor, the job role is to work in domestic social housing across the north east, the Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising electrical operatives and meeting our clients needs.

Must have vast experience in a similar job role, preferably in social housing and have the following qualifications.

Essential attributes and key skills needed:

- Appropriate experience working in the Building Construction/Maintenance Industry.
- The ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks contained within the job description.
- The ability to trace, diagnose and rectify faults.
- The ability to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships.
- Full, clean driving licence
- For those having received formal training and gained electrical qualifications prior to the publication of BS 7671: 1992, NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation Work

Or

City & Guilds 2360 Part 2 certificate or SCOTVEC National Certificate in Electrical Installation

and Desirable

An equivalent electrical installation qualification plus City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection, testing and certification) or equivalent (G&G 2394/95)

Van and fuel allowance provided
