Front Desk Receptionist

**Summary**
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as Receptionist.
**About Us**
At Sabichi House, we have a friendly base of office tenants and a number of warehouse/workshop tenants. You will be based at our West London Business Centre, Sabichi House, located a five minute walk from Perivale station and with easy access to the A40 and North Circular Road.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with tenants and internal team members and acting as an ambassador for Sabichi House
- Visitor check in/out and creating all visitor/contractor passes
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Management of the meeting room booking services
- Organising food and beverages for meetings, as and when requested
- Arranging couriers
- Responsible for Administration for the Business Centre
- Action adhoc guest and employee requests
- Support with meeting room set up and daily room checks
- Managing stationary stock
- Creating passes for new starters, managing visitors and contractor passes process
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Screening phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post
- Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity
- Monitoring and controlling parking allocations across Sabichi House
- Must be prepared to ‘fill the gaps’ and step into any of the wider business adminstation requirement in times of constrained resource
- Adhoc assistance
**Key Skills**:
Good experience of working within a customer facing environment is a requirement for this position along with exceptional administration skills. Specific competencies within this general requirement include the following:

- Adaptable to various duties of the post
- Confident and courteous manner, both in person and on the phone

**Experience**:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in a customer service environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
