Content Creator

**Responsibilities**
- Create and edit engaging content to promote the school internally and externally in a variety of ways
- Provide excellent copy for school events to share our successes and build our community
- Manage and further develop the school website as an effective method of communication for parents but also as the public face of the school
- Ensure the school’s website and social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter, are kept up to date with supportive, useful and engaging information, adhering to the school’s social media strategy
- Engage appropriately with our social media communities on behalf of the school, using the medium to engage positively with our stakeholders, including parents and staff.
- Build relationships with all key school stakeholders, keeping abreast of school news and events

**Requirements**:
Excellent written English with a passion for grammar

Copywriting and sub editing skills

Excellent attention to detail and eye for design

Graphic design skills and experience

Strong creative skills

The role can be fulfilled flexibly with time spent in school to gather information and get a ‘feel’ for the place, as well as time working remotely to create content. In addition, while we believe the work would be equivalent to around 1 day a week, this will be flexible depending on the timescales and nature of the content to be created.
