About the role

A Food & Beverage Assistant will be required to assist the Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations of the busy Restaurant and help our customers across a range of areas by delivering first class customer service.

Main Responsibilities will include:

- Becoming confident in using our Epos system.
- Maintaining a clean and presentable Restaurant for our customers
- Sharing menu knowledge with our customers
- Giving our customers a fantastic and consistent level of customer service.
- Escalate any customer feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure that food and hygiene standards are adhered to and consistent with our core values and mission statement.

We are looking for:

- task and work independently. You will be a great problem solver, happy to work in a fast-paced environment and be always productive. We are recruiting for many roles either full, part or casual contracted hours.
