Program Planner

IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most successful clients who are a global tech company, in supporting them with the recruitment of a Program Planner.

What duties & responsibilities the Program Planner will have:

- Preparing and maintaining the planning schedule for the programme deployment wave milestones and activities, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements
- Presenting the planning schedule in different summarised formats
- Consolidating and documenting the fundamental components of project planning (scope, schedule, resource requirements, risks, and issues)
- Establishing and managing programme plan reviews at appropriate points, which will inform the governance forums of progress and status
- Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests

What skills & experience the Program Planner will need:

- Presenting planning materials to programme management for their understanding and input
- Proven and demonstrable 3+ years project management experience
- Proficient and demonstrable experience of project planning processes, techniques and disciplines in project management tools and methodologies
- Demonstrable experience in producing project plans for efficient deployment of business solutions showing the deliverables, timelines, benefits and dependencies.
- Developed and proven stakeholder management
- Ability to understand and manage multiple project risks dealing with uncertainty, whilst being proactive and forward-looking
