Headcount require an experienced Estimator who specialises in high quality Facade Solutions. You will need to have proven experience in the following areas:

- Collaboration with architects, contractors, and suppliers for project comprehension.
- Analysis of client drawings and specifications.
- Creation and submission of accurate, detailed tenders on time.
- Generation of final client quotations and ongoing client relationship development for future business.
- Negotiation of prices with new/existing clients and suppliers.
- Coordination with technical and sales teams for tender progression.
- Effective workload management to meet customer deadlines.
- Handling projects ranging from £500K - £5m
- Proven estimating experience in the building envelope sector
- Proficiency in Bluebeam & Build Desk is desirable.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to perform V look-ups.
- Organized, capable of independent work, and a collaborative team player.

**Salary**: From £40,000.00 per year
