Bakery Operative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bakery Assistant to join our team in preparing and producing high-quality baked goods. We produce pies, bridies, sausage rolls etc

The role would be to join the team to continue to create our world famous pies, bridies, sausage rolls etc.Full training will be given but an interest or experience in the food trade would be an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of baked pies and bridies
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery area
- Package and label bakery products for display and sale
- Follow food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles
- Previous experience in food production or a bakery setting is advantageous
