Outreach Worker
We’re looking for hard-working team players who are committed to high standards of care.
Full training is provided, but people who have a minimum of two years experience or a suitable qualification that will evidence their understanding of the needs of the people who we support, are most desirable. We value interpersonal skills learned from other jobs such as hospitality and retail.
We work to support individuals with daily living as well as with behavioural needs. This is an extremely rewarding role.
Shifts are typically 8:00am to 3:00pm; 3:00pm to 10:00pm; and 10:00pm to 8:00am for night duty. Generally rostered any three, four or five days out of seven.
Ability to drive with access to your own vehicle is essential, so it must be fully road legal with business insurance in place. Mileage rates are amongst the very best in the industry. Don't worry though, you won't be driving all day. Our outreach schedules are never less than one hour and are all very local to our base, so you won't be spending your day driving around the country.
Your shifts will typically be 8:00am to 3:00pm or 3:00pm to 10:00pm. We don't split shifts.
21/28/35 hours available
We do not offer sponsorships for overseas applicants.
