Independent Living Co-ordinator

An opportunity has arisen within the Independent Living Team for the right individual to help manage our sheltered schemes in Shropshire. We are seeking someone who is experienced, highly motivated, flexible, who has excellent communication skills and is a real people person.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering support and cover for Independent Living schemes in Shropshire over 5 days.

Our teams also provide supported temporary accommodation for those aged 18-55 who have complex needs. Some roles involve providing help locally in the community, supporting and offering specialist advice and working with our partners to prevent homelessness.
