**Title: Vehicle Personalisation Project Specialist**

**Division: Special Vehicle Operations**

**Contract Position based at: Fen End, with travel to Gaydon, Oxford Road. Hybrid working also applies - between 2 and 3 days on-site**

**Rate: £46.10/hr Umbrella Ltd - INSIDE IR35**

**Position Description**:
This exciting new role will be part of a growing and fast paced team, whose primary objective is to develop an ambitious but profitable strategy for all areas within Vehicle Personalisation (VP).

This role will focus on the accessories revenue stream, but projects may cover any area of VP.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of real impact to both the customer and business through defining clear accessories strategy proposals, which will be delivered by the VP programme management team.
- Understand current business performance and regional sales numbers to propose strategy and direction options to grow our revenue and profitability across the brands.
- Work with cross-functional teams, throughout the business, to define product opportunities and champion new business models with a clear focus on optimising value for the customer and for the business, whilst driving the Modern Luxury transformation of our accessories.
- Utilise programme/project management tools, techniques and methodologies to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outputs to support the achievement of quality, cost and timing objectives.

**Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role in automotive Project Management with track record of delivery
- Good level of financial acumen with the ability to understand business cases
- Experience of Problem Resolution using structured approaches
- Ability to manage risks and issues
- An individual with the capability to combine a short term, pragmatic focus with medium term planning A resilient and enthusiastic who responds constructively to new ideas and inputs
- A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas
- An effective team player, actively develops and supports team members
- An individual, who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to think around an issue to develop a big picture view
- Analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base
- Ability to present complex data & issues to a varied audience

**Preferred**:

- Negotiation and adaptability skills
- Experience of stakeholder management at all levels
- Commercially astute with an ability to understand the business function that this role supports
- An individual with the ability to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style

**Education**

Relevant Degree or equivalent experience preferred

There are currently 2 positions available - 1 x position is duration 6 months 1 x position - Duration is up until end of March 2024

Travel to other sites might be required (Fen End / Gaydon / Oxford Road)
