Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be supporting a highly acquisitive, Private Equity Backed business to source an Investor Relations Manager to join their growing and dynamic team. Combining an impressive track record with an exciting and ambitious growth strategy, this company offers fantastic opportunities for advancement. This is a newly created role to operate as the bridge between the company and its investors/stakeholders and work closely with the Executive management team including CEO and CFO.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts and fund managers
- Develop internal processes and procedures for managing investor, analysts and fund managers expectations expertly
- Prepare drafts of quarterly results statements, conference call scripts, Q&As, presentations, press releases and semi/annual reports
- Develop and execute key investor seminars, conferences and road shows
- Manage the update of presentations and communications materials for board, investor and analysis meetings, as well as for internal stakeholders
- Prepare, develop and manage the production of the Annual and Sustainability report
- Monitor analyst coverage and estimates as well as peer companies and the industry in general
- Manage the investor relations calendar to include investor and analyst activities
- Update investor relations information on our corporate website
- Work closely and effectively with the marketing and events team to produce, and assist in the development and delivery of, key messages

Key Competencies
- You will likely be a qualified accountant with an outgoing personality
- Previous experience in Investor Relations is not essential
- A strong relationship builder you will be able to establish rapport quickly
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven analytical abilities and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a particular emphasis on being able to articulate financial information
