Cleaning Operative

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor

- Attention to detail: Ability to thoroughly clean and maintain cleanliness standards
- Time management: Efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods of time
- Communication: Effective verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing cleaning priorities or schedules
