Are you a utilities professional looking for your next career move? Do you have a** **Strong technical knowledge of metering systems and technologies, including electricity, gas, and water meters?

We are currently recruiting for a Tech hub specialist & siteworks support within our siteworks team in Brierley Hill.

As a Tech Hub Specialist & Siteworks Support your primary responsibility is to manage and resolve all technical and metering related queries, in what is a critical business function. This vibrant team offers to opportunity to expand your metering and technical knowledge, whilst maintaining focus on efficient and effective query resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Overseeing the Zenergi Groups Tech Hub Support Function, where tasks include (but not limited to):

- Ensuring all enquiries raised by Clients are investigated and resolved
- Ensuring Colleagues and Relationship Managers within the Group are kept up to date with any Tech Hub issues that affect their Customers or Teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for all metering issues, promptly responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Liaise with suppliers, meter operators and third parties to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to meters
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of metering systems, technologies, and industry best practices to provide expert guidance and support
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and equipment
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation regarding metering activities, including system performance, troubleshooting processes, and resolutions.
- Complete all administrative requirements in relation to the Zenergi query resolution process, and maintain up to date records on behalf of all stakeholder
- Embrace a continuous improvement mindset & formalise any resulting proposal for change, to evolve the quality or efficiency of Zenergi or supplier processes
- Build relationships with other stakeholders within the Zenergi group, maintain effective communication & provide consistent support with the core objective of delighting our customers
- Manage day-to-day requirements within the wider operations division, including logging activities to ensure data integrity, and providing feedback as necessary
- Attend regular one to one catch ups, monthly meets and PDPs where applicable
- Collaborate within operations to ensure cohesive working practices

**Requirements**:
**Desirable Criteria**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, managing metering operations and resolving technical issues
- Strong technical knowledge of metering systems and technologies, including electricity, gas, and water meters
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- PowerBI and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Full UK driving license and a willingness to visit regional offices where appropriate
- An understanding of the energy supply industry and metering knowledge would be an advantage
