**The Role - Youth Mentor**

I am recruiting for a Youth mentor to work 1-1 with a child in Year 9 who has challenging behaviour and requires additional support emotionally and academically. As a Youth Mentor you will work under the direction of the class teacher supporting your keystudent in and out of the classroom. The ideal Youth Mentor will have strong behaviour management skills.

This Secondary school is located in Barking and Dagenham they provide a high standard of education to children in KS3 and KS4 some who whom have SEN or SEMH. They have onsite parking and are located 5 minutes from the nearest station. Along with their supportiveSENCo who will be you your line manager this is a great school to be part of.
