An experienced Accounts Payable Administrator is being recruited for an established company based in Poole to join their friendly finance team which would be all office based.

Reporting to a Management Accountant, you will have responsibility for all aspect of the accounts payable function including:

- checking and clearing the AP inbox
- posting and processing invoices
- supplier statement reconciliations
- supplier queries
- assisting with the management of purchase orders
- providing support and cover within accounts receivable, cashbook postings and bank reconciliations

You will need to be a self starter and have good accounts payable experience as a given, but wider knowledge of accounts receivable and other accounts functions would be a distinct advantage. Experience of computerised accounts systems and Excel knowledge wouldbe essential. In return, you would be working in a great environment offering good benefits: 23 days holiday, parking, sick pay, pension matched and early finish Friday.
