**Job Title: Admissions Co-ordinator**

**Reports to: Program Manager - Apprenticeships**

Overseeing a busy apprenticeship admissions process, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously strive for improvement. You will be responsible for delivering an effective and successful Apprenticeship Admissions service, supporting applicants at all stages of the process. You will ensure that customers, including employers, confirm a high level of satisfaction and that work is carried out in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), Ofsted and Hult Ashridge’s requirements. **Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for the admissions process for all apprentices including documentation and evidence, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted, ESFA and other regulatory bodies
- Creating initial needs assessment forms and training plans. Reviewing and referring recognition of prior learning where applicable and resolving any queries which may arise from these.
- Undertaking administration duties including but not limited to: Working with employers to set up apprentices on the DAS and providing support with advertising apprenticeship vacancies on behalf of employers if required.
- Ensuring initial assessment and starting point activities are undertaken, including English and Maths functional skills, passing information to Support team members where applicable
- Leading on the documentation process for returners to programme, including revised training plans, apprenticeship agreements, English and Maths starting points and accurate data to feed into system updates
- Building effective professional relationships with internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Program and Support teams, Funding & Compliance, Finance and other internal departments
- Being knowledgeable on and able to use all program tools, platforms and processes to support the smooth running of apprenticeship programs
- Contributing to dissemination of information to relevant external and internal stakeholders as directed by Program Manager
- Leading and actively promoting best practices amongst colleagues, creating noticeable improvements
- Managing other ad-hoc internal projects as required from time to time by Line Manager, providing support to immediate team and wider Hult Ashridge

**Person Description**
- Experience of apprenticeships is required
- Experience of working with admissions and governmental portals & systems, including DAS and INAs, is required
- Experience of working with online CRM systems and portals such as Salesforce is highly desirable
- Experience of higher education sector is preferred
- Educated to degree level preferred
- A confident user of Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
- Very organised, plans ahead, pays attention to detail, gets things right first time, on time
- Is proactive, practical and can-do - achieves at pace and is action, priority and solution focused

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
