As a Video Producer at Eucalyptus, you'll be more than just an executor of briefs. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our video content from research, to shooting, to performance analysis, continuously refining your work to perfect it and increase its impact.

**Job description**
- We're building our creative team in the UK to help us take our creative to the next level.
- As the sole video creative on the team, you'll be an allrounder with confidence owning end-to-end video production of small or mid size shoots for advertising, social, & educational video content. This includes sourcing equipment and props, organising talent, shooting (piece to camera, B-roll of patients and real life situations, voice-overs), and editing.
- Edit compelling, original, and high-quality original video assets across multiple platforms
- Working with Creatives and Motion Designers throughout the Offline/Online editing stage
- Be a key voice in the creative team by helping to brainstorm new ideas on how to bring branded content to life through video
- Ability to understand and work with metrics - understand what works and what doesn't work and iterate on that
- Responsible for the organisation of all footage and video assets across the UK creative team

**Essentials**:

- 3+ years experience at an in-house, agency or freelancing background
- Ability to independently shoot small to mid size video projects to spec and quality that is expected
- Confident in operating different camera systems including Blackmagic and Canon.
- Ability to follow post-production guidelines as set out by the Video & Production Guild (for example, naming conventions, where to save work, using Iconik/LucidLink correctly, set-up and pa
