Production Operative

Location: Rochester

Job type: Permanent

Hours: Sunday - Thursday 0700-1500 ( Friday, Saturday off )

**Salary**: £24,960 per annum (£12 per hour.)

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a production operative to join our client who is experiencing a period of growth. They are a specialist food manufacturing business who focus on quality of produce and high levels of customer service.

We are seeking a reliable individual to join our client to cover a range of duties in both production and warehouse settings. No prior experience is necessary, as all training will be provided. The key to success in this role is a can-do attitude and the role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.

**Duties**:
Following recipe cards to manufacture produce using industrial FMCG machinery

Ensuring ingredient quantities are followed accurately to maintain quality standards

Checking raw produce into the facility, some of the deliveries can be in the remit of 20KG so you need to be comfortable with manual lifting

Loading and unloading orders

Quality checking finished produce and packaging

Labelling of bottles before despatch

Preparing and picking orders

Experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment would be advantageous but not essential

Strong communication skills

A good eye for detail

Be keen to learn new skills and process'

Be comfortable with manual lifting due to some size of the orders

Be able to follow process' and recipe cards
