An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Associate to join our team. Your role will involve managing social media, website creation and design, marketing e-shots, PR, and supporting with branding and documents. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and ensuring our marketing efforts align with our brand values, while supporting the regional sales teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**
- Develop and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
**Website Creation, Design and Management**
- Assist in designing, updating, and maintaining our company website.
- Ensure the site is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligns with our brand identity.
**Marketing E-Shots**
- Track and report on the performance of these campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
**Public Relations (PR)**
- Support the creation and distribution of press releases and other PR materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts.
**Branding and Document Support**
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and other documents.
**Key Skills**:
- Ability to prioritize and organise your workload.
- Positive “can do” attitude.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Experience in social media management and website design.
- Previous experience in a marketing role is desirable.
**Benefits**:
- Salary £25,000 per year.
- Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm with 1 hour unpaid for lunch.
- 28 days holiday per year (holiday restrictions between September and the end of November).
