Apprentice Elective Admissions Clerk

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy, friendly team across our three service areas; Elective Admissions Office / Endoscopy Administration Office / Pre op Assessment

This post is an Elective Admissions Clerk Level 3 Apprenticeship; this is usually completed over 12 to 18 months. We will offer an induction program and on the job training which will complement the Level 3 Business Administration content. We are committed to your continuous professional development and offer a supportive work environment.

You will be assisting the Elective Admissions Administrators with the running of the waiting lists, to liaise with appropriate staff to ensure that all waiting lists are managed appropriately and utilised in accordance with the trusts waiting lists management guidelines and policies. To ensure patient case notes are available for the patient's admission, as per Trust guidelines.
