**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Processing purchase invoices for our retail division and matching them accurately to corresponding purchase orders in our ERP system.
- Utilising the ERP system to process overhead invoices efficiently.
- Collaborating proactively with colleagues and suppliers to address any discrepancies that may arise between invoices and the system/documentation.
- Managing vendors by setting up new accounts and ensuring accurate maintenance of existing account details within the purchase ledger.
- Handling and resolving supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conducting daily reconciliation of supplier statements ensuring accurate financial records.
