Bakery Packer

The Authentic Bread Company are searching for a packer to join their team to support further growth.

Using traditional baking methods we bake by hand with our wood fired ovens to produce the highest quality bread, sourdoughs, cakes, pastries & biscuits.

We have been a leader in organic bakery for 30 years, and with many national awards to our name we work with the very best in our industry.

We look for people who are passionate, reliable and have great attention to detail, and work well in a small friendly team environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Packing and labelling of bakery products

Picking of customer orders

Monitoring of shortages and wastage

Printing labels and outer cases

Forklift license and experience in a food business is desirable but not necessary.

Shifts are Saturday to Wednesday inclusive, 7pm start to 3/4am.

Due to the location and timings of the shift patterns, having your own transport is imperative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.20 per hour
