Here at GXO we are recruiting for a full time, permanent QHSE Compliance, Facilities & Training Lead to join our team in Hams Hall in our Multi-user site. You‘ll manage the facilities and ensure all training is in date, delivered to the required standard and paperwork is completed.

This is a full time, permanent position, you will work Monday to Friday covering 08:00 - 17:00 hours. Start time can be flexible.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£32,000** per annum. In addition, we offer 33 days holiday pay inclusive bank holidays, as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Supporting the leadership team to ensure all health, safety and environmental matters are dealt with in line with legislation and best practice
- Ensure Quality and ISO policies and procedures are adhered to and maintained
- Management of the on-site risk assessment process and co-ordination of the site training documentation
- Provide regular health, safety and environment reports to the Leadership team

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving environment
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Proven Health and Safety Management experience (ideally with a LEAN background)
- Member of a recognised Health and Safety Institute e.g. IOSH / NEBOSH
