**FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE**

**Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour.**

**Support workers** are a valuable part of our team, providing care and support to the fantastic people that we care for.

As a **Support worker** you will be part of a special team caring for the one gentleman in his own home to support him to live the best life possible. This young man requires support 24/7 in his own accommodation. J is a very engaging character and is truly a great opportunity to support this young man to develop life skills and make a real difference to his life

We know that you may not have all of the experience we are looking for and that is okay as we will give you the best training you can receive to become a professional **Support Worker**.

CJP Outreach Services provides expert support workers, to provide support to people and families in their own home.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £13.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pembroke: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Support Worker: 1 year (required)
- Challenging Behaviour: 1 year (required)
- Mental Health: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
