Experience is preferred but not essential as you will receive training on the job. If you have good initiative, strong people skills, and are ready to work in a busy-fast paced restaurant serving the freshest fish and seafood, you will want to come and see us.

Perched on the hillside overlooking the Jurassic Coast and Cobb Harbour in Lyme Regis, we also have the best views in town.

Working with renowned chef, food writer and restaurateur Mark Hix, this is an amazing opportunity to work with an experienced and friendly team, with plenty to learn along the way.
