**Technical Advisor - Tewkesbury**

**Why this role?**

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Advisor to work in a busy and thriving organisation.

**What will you be doing?**

As the Technical Advisor your responsibilities will mostly consist of:

- Responding to queries regarding installation queries
- Reviewing inspection reports from installations to confirm compliance
- Having a strong understanding of technical issues and how to solve these for clients
- Supporting other departments within the organisation with any technical issues
- Dealing with outside organisations to resolve any technical issues

**Your background**:
You will ideally have experience within a similar role within Domestic Heating/Plumbing or Solid Fuel, a proven track record of relationship building, high levels of attention to detail, excellent verbal and written skills and be familiar with Word/Outlook/Excel.

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000p/a, this is a full time permanent position that offers a great opportunity for someone that is highly IT literate and looking for a career within the technical field. This is an office based position andthere is on-site parking.
